Homecoming 05

I love Homecoming!!! I woke up at 8:15 on Homecoming Saturday because my apartment is on the parade route and everyone decided to get drunk outside my window. But it was ok, I just got up and joined some AOII's for a little community service face painting. I watched some of the parade and then joined Mandy and Becky at her place for a little pre-gaming, then we made the walk to the stadium. It was a lot longer than we thought. Tailgating was awesome. There were soooo many people there and everyone was so happy and drunk and the weather was so nice. People offering free beer and hot dogs every where we turned. It was great. Mandy and I even got our picture taken with a 7-foot penis man! He was just dicking around :-P

After we had our fill of alcohol and were ready to pass out, we headed back to Mandy's. The walk home seemed 10 times longer than the walk there. We had to get over a 1 foot wall by the alumni center and it was the most pathetic thing ever. We finally made it to her apartment, and we all just crashed for 3 hours. Then I came home and started on round 2 of the festivities. It was such a great weekend. Nothing too dramatic, just lots of fun. I heard that there was a football game, but that might just be a crazy rumor! :-) We couldn't have had a nicer weekend, and I couldn't have had more fun. Yay for Homecoming. We should have it more often :-)
